GN Global Customer Experience (GCX) is currently on the lookout for an exceptional, open-minded, devoted and hardworking team member in our AMS Sustainability Engineering team.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

  • Lead repair setup and new product introduction projects at Jabra Connect (JC), coordinating equipment, materials, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful repair implementation and stabilization.
  • Deliver repair training and capability development programs, enabling the local team to independently perform repair operations and continuously expand repair expertise.
  • Lead setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of repair equipment and fixtures, while providing troubleshooting support to ensure stable operations.
  • Act as the primary interface between GN and JC, driving daily operational alignment, stakeholder communication, and collaboration across repair, quality, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Support quality issue management by identifying, analyzing, escalating, and following up on repair-related issues to ensure timely resolution and operational excellence.
  • Monitor repair performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair capacity, repair efficiency, and repair coverage by expanding repairable scope and reducing unnecessary scrap.

  • You have a technical education within Engineering and experience from manufacturing, repair, test engineering, or production support environments.
  • You have strong learning agility and are able to quickly acquire knowledge of new products, technologies, processes, and tools.
  • You are self-driven, proactive, and take ownership of your work, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • You are an effective problem solver with strong coordination skills and enjoy working across functions and cultures to achieve results.
  • You communicate confidently in English and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
