This position is for remote assistance only and is responsible for collaborating with our client's management team and other company employees to deliver an array of customer service support and assistance in conference rooms and other meeting spaces.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide remote assistance and training to end users in the operation of AV systems
Perform routine monitoring sweeps and service on AV systems
Assist with AV tech support of planned VIP events and other meetings
Resolve issues related to: Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams rooms, AMX, Biamp, Shure and other AV/VC technologies
Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner
Collaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPL
Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems
Other duties assigned as needed

Education And/or Experience
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures
Videoconferencing experience including operation call set-up and equipment
Experience and knowledge of web conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and Cisco meeting place a plus
