Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Renewal and Retention Officer, located in Lucknow. The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing policy renewals, ensuring high customer retention, providing superior customer satisfaction, and following up with clients to ensure a seamless renewal process. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to enhance service delivery and addressing queries or concerns related to policy renewals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in customer retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Sound analytical skills to interpret data and customer feedback for continuous process improvement
- Proficiency in maintaining long-term client relationships and problem-solving
- Familiarity with the health insurance industry and its operational procedures is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
