We are seeking a dedicated Renewal Desk Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving recurring revenue by managing the end-to-end renewal process. As the Renewal Desk Representative, you will own a renewal quota, work directly with customers, and ensure seamless contract renewals. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Renewal Ownership:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and own the renewal process to meet or exceed assigned renewal quota
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and maintain high retention rates
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any renewal-related concerns
- Act as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions, including pricing adjustments, term negotiations, and product upgrades
- Salesforce CPQ Expertise:
- Use Salesforce CPQ to generate, update, and manage renewal quotes
- Ensure accuracy in contract terms, pricing, and product configurations
- Process Management:
- Track and monitor upcoming renewals using Salesforce and other internal tools
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth renewal process
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline updates
- Provide insights on customer trends and renewal performance metrics
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals, sales, or account management.
- Prior experience managing a quota or revenue target
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is required
- Strong understanding of subscription-based contracts, pricing, and renewal processes
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling strategies is a plus
