Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Renewal Desk Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving recurring revenue by managing the end-to-end renewal process. As the Renewal Desk Representative, you will own a renewal quota, work directly with customers, and ensure seamless contract renewals. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Renewal Ownership:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and own the renewal process to meet or exceed assigned renewal quota
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and maintain high retention rates
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any renewal-related concerns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions, including pricing adjustments, term negotiations, and product upgrades
  • Salesforce CPQ Expertise:
  • Use Salesforce CPQ to generate, update, and manage renewal quotes
  • Ensure accuracy in contract terms, pricing, and product configurations
  • Process Management:
  • Track and monitor upcoming renewals using Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth renewal process
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Provide insights on customer trends and renewal performance metrics

Requirements


2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals, sales, or account management.

  • Prior experience managing a quota or revenue target
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is required
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based contracts, pricing, and renewal processes
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
  • Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling strategies is a plus
