Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer renewals and retention activities
- Follow up with existing clients for contract/service renewals
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain renewal records and reports in CRM/Excel
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Customer relationship management experience
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, finance, telecom, or subscription business preferred
