We Are Hiring – Renewal & Business Retention Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Renewal &
Business Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer renewals and retention activities
  • Follow up with existing clients for contract/service renewals
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain renewal records and reports in CRM/Excel
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication & follow-up skills
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, finance, telecom, or subscription business preferred
