Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Renewal Management: Own the renewal portfolio, initiating the process well in advance to ensure on-time closure.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions directly with client procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Revenue Growth: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer contracts.
- Risk Management: Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to address client objections and reduce churn.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and provide reports on renewal health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to finalize proposals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex commercial discussions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, usage metrics, and ROI to justify renewals.
