We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of design and technical skills, along with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative web experiences that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging and user-friendly website designs that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to conceptualize and execute design concepts
• Design responsive layouts that ensure seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions into projects
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of web designs, providing assets and guidance as needed
• Conduct regular design reviews and iterations based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data-driven insights
• Optimize web designs for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure visual and textual content complement each other effectively
• Maintain and update existing websites with new content, design enhancements, and improvements as required
• Assist in creating and updating design guidelines and documentation to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar software
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, UI/UX best practices, and web development processes
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs
• Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
