Networking & Infrastructure

  • Proficient in core networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching.
  • Implement and manage robust firewall solutions and maintain comprehensive network security strategies.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and DNS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Operating Systems Management

  • Manage and support a wide range of operating systems, including:
  • Windows: Legacy (2000, XP, Vista) to modern releases (7, 8, 10, 11).
  • Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2024.
  • macOS: Versions 10.5 through the latest releases.
  • iOS devices: Support and configuration.

Hardware & Software Expertise

  • Advanced troubleshooting of Apple products and related hardware.
  • Manage network services and infrastructure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (2007, 2010, 2013, Cloud), SAP Billing, Tally, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDraw.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide proactive support for server, desktop, and network environments.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network operations.

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate system and network documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
