Job Description

Job Title: Change Management Analyst

Location: India - Remote IST (with collaboration across US and India teams)

Overview

The Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring organizational changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, minimizing disruption to business operations. This position supports change initiatives, analyzes impacts, and facilitates communication and training to drive adoption and behavioral change.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Monitor time-tracking compliance daily and weekly; analyze trends and identify gaps.
  • Determine training or guidance needed for employees and managers regarding timesheet responsibilities.
  • Draft communications and create engaging PowerPoint presentations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute organizational strategies and foster adoption using principles of organizational psychology.

Key Responsibilities

Change Planning & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain Change Management plans, including stakeholder identification, goals, and timelines.
  • Create readiness checklists and documentation for transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Gather feedback and assist in creating consistent messaging for organizational change.
  • Prepare status updates and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Impact & Readiness Activities

  • Contribute to Change Impact Assessments to evaluate effects on processes and teams.
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and office hours for employees adapting to change.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for change management activities.
  • Participate in brainstorming and process-definition sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Document lessons learned, outcomes, and challenges throughout the change process.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 13 years in change management, project management, organizational development, or related programs (internships/projects acceptable).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter); PROSCI ADKAR certification desired.

Skills & Tools

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and simple visualizations for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools.

Work Environment

  • Professional office setting; remote work with collaboration across US and India teams.
  • May require occasional travel or extended hours to meet project deadlines.
