1. US Sales Bootcamp (2–3 weeks)

Hands-on training on the US market, with mentorship from experienced sales professionals

Free to join (unpaid training stage) + Fresh Prints US Sales Bootcamp Completion Certificate

2. Junior Inside Sales Associate (Jr. ISA)

Strong bootcamp performers are offered this role. You work with US clients and build real sales results

4% uncapped commission on every sale, averaging $350 per month (30,000) + health insurance and mental health benefits

3. Inside Sales Associate (ISA Level 1)

Successful Jr. ISAs move into a full-time sales role

8.5–9 LPA fixed CTC ($780/month) + 4% uncapped commission, for 10–12 LPA estimated total + health insurance and mental health benefits

In simple terms: 8.5–9 LPA is your fixed salary as a full-time ISA. With commission and incentives, total annual earnings can reach 10–12 LPA, depending on your performance. There is no cap on what you can earn in commission.

What You'll Learn and Do

You learn by doing, not by sitting through lectures. During the bootcamp you will:

• Work on the US market in a global, US-facing sales environment
• Prospect for new B2B clients and qualify leads
• Pitch to real customers and run client conversations
• Handle objections and solve real customer problems
• Negotiate and learn the basics of account management
• Get mentored by experienced sales professionals who review your work and help you improve

Who Should Apply

You don't need prior sales experience. You're a great fit if you:

• Are a Student from any stream
• Are a confident communicator in English and enjoy talking to new people
• Are curious, competitive, and a quick learner
• Are interested in sales, B2B sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
• Are excited to work with US clients and ready to take ownership
• Have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet space to take calls
