About The Role
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs — all with full flexibility and autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
