Role Overview:

Lead a small team of annotators, manage daily performance, clarify guidelines, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pod activities and support annotators when required.
• Address guideline questions and recurring issues.
• Conduct weekly team calls and communicate project updates.
• Onboard and support new annotators during their initial tasks.
• Track pod performance and flag recurring quality concerns.
• Coordinate retraining and confirm annotator readiness.
• Report progress, blockers, and support requirements to the Team Lead.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of overall experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Supportive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.

Offer Details:

• This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
• Each task will involve comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.
• Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Work Hours - 7am-4pm PST
• Duration: 16 weeks.
