What is faff

faff is a personal assistant for busy people. Users message us on WhatsApp with the chores that eat up their time, like bookings, appointments, orders, calls to customer care and paperwork, and our team gets them done. We've finished close to 90,000 tasks for users who come back week after week, and we're backed by Nexus Venture Partners, early investors in Zepto and Unacademy.

The role

You'll pick up 4-hour shifts around college, another job or family, and own users requests end to end. No two shifts look the same:

• Manage requests from start to finish: bookings, appointments, orders, follow-ups
• Call vendors, service providers and customer care on users behalf
• Compare options and get the best outcome for every task
• Chase updates and deadlines so nothing slips
• Pay Earn up to 19,500 a month by working only 4 hours a day. Each 4-hour shift pays up to 650: guaranteed shift pay, plus bonuses for extra tasks, top quality and working regularly.

30 shifts/month → up to 19,500

20 shifts/month → up to 13,000

15 shifts/month → up to 9,750

You'll fit right in if you

• Can give us 12+ hours a week (at least 3 days, 4 hours a day)
• Have a working laptop, headphones with a mic and reliable internet
• Can attend 2 days of paid online training (6 hours each) within 2 weeks of applying
• Write and speak English clearly and confidently
• Live in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune or Ahmedabad
• Like getting things done for people. Freshers and college students are welcome; no prior experience needed
