Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Bengaluru South. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools, prescribe corrective lenses or contact lenses, and provide personalized eye care consultations. The role includes educating customers on eye health, detecting and managing ocular diseases, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. Collaboration with the retail team to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency is also expected.
Qualifications
- Expertise in performing eye examinations and prescribing corrective lenses
- Ability to detect, diagnose, and manage refractive errors and common ocular conditions
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and latest trends in optometry
- Ability to maintain detailed patient records and make sound clinical decisions
- Optometry degree with a valid certification or license to practice
- Experience working in a retail or clinical optometry setting is an asset
- Commitment to delivering high-quality eye care and ensuring patient satisfaction
