Responsibilities
- Chatbots & AI Assistants (RAG) specialists: Connect LLMs to knowledge bases and documents to build accurate, production-grade Q&A assistants.
- AI Agents builders: Create autonomous, tool-calling AI that takes action, not just responds.
- MLOps / LLMOps engineers: Deploy, monitor, and keep AI systems running reliably in production.
- LLM Fine-tuning / Model Training specialists: Customize and train models on company-specific data.
- AI Systems & Platform Architects: Make whole-system design calls and own the trade-offs across components.
- AI Safety, Risk & Governance experts: Manage compliance, audit rigor, and responsible-AI oversight.
- Traditional ML practitioners: Build classic predictive models, classification, and forecasting solutions.
- Computer Vision engineers: Build image and video detection, recognition, and classification pipelines.
- Audio & Speech specialists: Work across speech-to-text, voice pipelines, and audio processing.
Key Requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in your modality: text-only, images, audio, or multi-modal.
- Real-world application of AI on projects at various experience levels (L1, L2, L3).

- Experience working independently on production solutions.
