We're not looking for someone who simply knows English.
We're looking for someone who can teach students to think through language.
Someone who asks:
What makes you think that
Where is the evidence in the text
Why do you think the author chose this word
How could you make this argument stronger
Because at Ruvimo, we don't want students to simply find the answer.
We want them to learn how to read deeply, think critically and communicate their ideas confidently.
