Technical & Functional Expertise

• 48 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM.
• Strong understanding of TPM components: Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning, Product Hierarchies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
