Roles & Responsibilities

  • Remote condition monitoring of assets including pumps, control valves, mechanical seals etc.
  • Analysis of IoT sensor data and trends through online portal (vibration, temperature, pressure etc.) to determine bad actors and early identification of potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting and analysis of any identified issues to identify root cause and suggest potential solutions.
  • Active logging of asset/sensor/portal performance issues and timely communication along with relevant data to the next level team for resolution.
  • Preparation of regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as per customer requirement.
  • This role will require flexibility to work in rotating shift schedules (first/second/night shift).

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Basic understanding of fluid control equipment including pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, control valves and mechanical seals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with onsite engineers and other stakeholders

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment or similar process industries is good to have but not mandatory.
