Role Overview

Canada Custom Shutters & Blinds is hiring 12 high-performing inside sales professionals to support and drive our sales efforts for the North American market.

This is a sales execution role. You will be on the phone daily, handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and following up consistently until a clear outcome is reached.

This role is not built for everyone. It is designed for individuals who:

  • Are comfortable initiating conversations
  • Can handle rejection without losing momentum
  • Understand that follow-up is where sales are won
  • Take personal ownership of results

Customer service is important, but success in this role is defined by sales activity, discipline, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making and receiving a high volume of sales calls with homeowners in North America
  • Maintaining consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging
  • Handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound follow-ups
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying buying intent
  • Advancing opportunities through the sales process
  • Updating and managing all leads and activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Meeting clearly defined daily and weekly activity expectations
  • Reporting progress and performance directly to the Sales Manager

Must Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales support roles
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or quota-driven sales roles
  • Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls daily
  • Prior experience working with sales targets, KPIs, or performance metrics
  • Strong spoken English with the ability to persuade, influence, and guide conversations
  • Comfortable working remotely during Eastern Standard Time (North America) hours
  • Demonstrated resilience when handling rejection and objections
  • Experience managing leads, follow-ups, and pipelines using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to work 4550 hours per week aligned to Eastern Standard Time (North America)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2C inside sales or phone-based selling
  • Experience selling high-value or consultative products/services
  • Prior exposure to North American customers or markets
  • Strong follow-up discipline with a structured sales approach
  • Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings

Compensation includes fixed pay, commission, and performance-based incentives.

  • Night shift incentives apply
