What We're Looking For

• 1-3 yrs of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or analysis
• Comfortable working with structured data and financial reports
• Solid Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills in a distributed team setup
