We are a fast-growing creative and design agency, and we are looking for a sharp Creative Producer to be the engine of our production pipeline. Right now, our editing and design team is ready to scale, but we need someone to build the blueprints and manage the flow.
You will own the bridge between the client's goals and the final delivery. This is a hybrid role: you need the creative chops to write scroll-stopping direct-response video briefs, and the organizational skills to manage our editors in Notion to ensure everything is delivered on time and on brand.
What You Will Do:
- Develop the Strategy: Ideate hooks, visual angles, and direct-response marketing strategies for video ads and design assets (with a heavy focus on D2C brands).
- Write the Blueprint: Draft highly detailed, idiot-proof creative briefs inside Notion. You'll provide the scripts, visual references, and pacing notes so our editors can execute without guessing.
- Manage the Pipeline: Own our Notion production board. You will assign tasks to editors, set deadlines, and follow up to keep the workflow moving seamlessly.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Review the first drafts from the editors. If the video doesn't match the brief or lacks punch, you give the revision notes before it ever reaches the client.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in direct-response marketing, creative strategy, or video production.
- Strong copywriting skills for writing compelling video hooks and ad scripts.
- You are highly organized and comfortable being the owner of project management tools (we live in Notion).
- You speak the language of video editors and designers. You know how to give constructive, visual feedback.
Bonus Points If:
You have a strong portfolio in the beauty, skincare, or health/wellness niches.
You have experience with AI generation tools for storyboarding or ideation.
Compensation & Structure:
Salary Range: 30,000 35,000 / month, depending on experience, expected to increase with time.
