About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical questions by interpreting data, creating scenarios, and providing insights to improve model performance.
- Articulate correct answers and detailed explanations for model training, ensuring that the AI learns from accurate and comprehensive data.
- Analyze data distributions, such as sales across different locations and time periods, to identify growth patterns and variances.
- Develop logical reasoning scenarios, such as solving delivery route puzzles based on specific rules, to enhance model understanding of complex problem-solving tasks.
- Conduct online research to validate content, verify claims, and gather supplementary information to support model training and fine-tuning.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve model responses and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members remotely, sharing insights and refining training data to ensure continuous model improvement.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all tasks to support the development of reliable AI systems.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English reading and writing, with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including research, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
- Ability to provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve AI training data.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable technical setup, including a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate qualification in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and basic data interpretation tools.
- Proficiency in logical reasoning, basic arithmetic, and data analysis techniques.
