Our client, Exdia, is an Australian bookkeeping, payroll, and financial support firm working primarily with small businesses, churches, and not-for-profit organisations. 

The work is centred around clarity, reliability, and building long-term relationships — both with clients and within the team.

They are now expanding their remote team and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant seeking a stable, long-term role in a structured and accountable environment.

This is not a short-term or casual opportunity.

About the role

This role involves advanced bookkeeping and payroll work across a range of Australian clients, including:

• Accounts payable and receivable 
• Reconciliations and system checks 
• Journals, reporting, and file clean-ups 
• Payroll processing, employee setup, superannuation, and compliance 
• Ongoing schedule and workflow management 

You will work within clearly documented procedures, supported by structured systems and a collaborative team.
