Role Description This full-time Billing, Payroll & TMS Specialist role is a hybrid position based in the MOHALI, PUNJAB, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating, reviewing, and issuing client invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer billing records, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams for load and delivery details, and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes. The role will also support payroll activities by collecting and verifying driver and staff time, mileage, and trip data, preparing payroll reports, and coordinating with accounting or HR for payments. In addition, the specialist will work within the Transportation Management System (TMS) to update load information, track status, ensure data accuracy, and produce reports for management. Regular communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams is required to clarify charges, address questions, and uphold a high level of service.
