What You'll Do- Teach 1:1 online guitar lessons (K–12, US students)
- Focus on concepts, not just songs
- Help students understand why music works
- Encourage creativity and independent playing
What We're Looking For- Strong guitar fundamentals (chords, rhythm, scales)
- Good communication (US-facing role)
- Ability to teach thinking, not just playing
- Prior teaching experience (preferred)
Success =- Students understand what they play
- Students can adapt and create
- Clear progress visible to parents
What Won't Work- Only song-based teaching
- No structure
- Passive sessions
