Job Description

Position: Reltio Application support

Location: Any LTIMindtree location

Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Notice: 30 to 60 Days

2Lead Senior Lead Reltio Application Support

Scope Accountability

Owns the incident management framework and execution quality for the Reltio platform

Guides and mentors P3 and P2 teams on incident handling troubleshooting approach and documentation standards

Acts as final internal escalation point before vendor engagement

Drives weekly issue walkthroughs with the team covering resolution details of closed issues to strengthen proactive thinking and operational maturity

Key Responsibilities

Incident Process Leadership

Define and guide the incident process flow

oSeverity categorization

oEscalation paths

oCommunication cadence

oClosure and RCA expectations

Lead major incident bridges and stakeholder communications

Review and validate incident RCA and preventive actions prepared by P3

Incident Demonstration Vendor Coordination

Oversee formal incident demonstrations to Reltio Support including

oLogs payloads data timelines and business impact

oClear reproduction steps

Ensure vendor tickets are complete and actionable reducing turnaround time

Patch EBF Upgrade Awareness

Maintain strong awareness of

oEBFs Emergency Bug FixesVendor patches

oMinor platform upgrades

Review patch applicability risk and dependencies

Guides safe application of EBFs and patches across lower environments before production rollout

Ensure rollback plans validation checklists and signoffs are documented

Continuous Improvement

Identify recurring incidents and drive systemic fixes with architecture and engineering teams

Define SLAs KPIs oncall models and operational metrics

Ensure readiness for audits and compliance reviews

Patch EBF Management Explicit Knowledge Expectation

Awareness Responsibilities

Understand Reltio release notes defect advisories and EBF applicability

Validate EBFspatches in Dev QA before UAT and Prod

Coordinate with

oReltio Support

oSecurity teams

oChange Advisory Board CAB

Ensure post patch validation includes

oMatchmerge behaviour

oSearch UI APIs

oIntegrations and exports
