Job Title: Reltio MDM Consultant (4-8 years)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Consultant to design, implement, and support Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to implement scalable MDM solutions, design data models, configure match and merge rules, manage data governance processes, integrate systems, and automate data management workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Reltio implementation, integration frameworks, data governance, and cloud-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Reltio MDM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain Reltio data models, including entities, attributes, relationships, survivorship rules, and reference data.
- Configure and tune Match & Merge rules to improve data quality and ensure accurate entity resolution.
- Implement and maintain Lifecycle Actions (LCAs), DCR workflows for automation and workflow-based processing.
- Implement and manage Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) pipelines for inbound and outbound data integration.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during MDM implementation.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, match tuning, and data processing jobs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and governance teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design workshops.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform.
- Strong experience in Reltio data model design and configuration.
- Experience configuring Data Governance features, including RBAC, data validation rules, and data quality checks.
- Working knowledge of DCR workflows, ROCS utilities, LCAs and Reltio administrative tools.
- Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) for data integration.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with AWS services, especially S3 and Lambda.
- Programming experience in Python or Java for automation, integrations, or utility development.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain knowledge (Retail, CPG, Healthcare, or Supply Chain) is a plus.
- Experience working in cloud-based data platforms and microservices architectures.
- Experience with event-driven integration patterns.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Reltio certification is a plus.
