Reltio Architect

We are looking for an experienced Reltio Architect with 12–19 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Reltio experience and 4+ years of experience in architecture/solution design. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions and establishing trusted golden records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise Reltio MDM solutions and golden-record strategies.
• Develop Company and Property matching strategies using match rules, tokenization, cleansing, survivorship, and match/merge.
• Configure Reltio entity models, relationships, hierarchies, RDM, and data quality rules.
• Integrate enrichment sources such as D&B/DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and other firmographic platforms.
• Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors.
• Define and optimize match/merge thresholds while managing false positives and false negatives.
• Design data steward workflows for ambiguous matches and exception handling.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards.
• Ensure data security, RBAC, auditability, GDPR, and data privacy compliance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Reltio experience.
• 4+ years as a Reltio / MDM / Data Architect.
• Strong expertise in Reltio MDM and entity resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Match & Merge, Survivorship, Tokenization, and Cleansing.
• Strong experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have:

• Real estate/property/corporate data domain experience.
• Experience with DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment platforms.
• CRM/ERP integration experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR and enterprise data privacy.
