Reliability Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs as part of the Follow-the-Sun support model.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Execute scripts and automation tasks to improve system resilience.
• Use SQL and database queries for data investigation and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading support.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with exposure to programming.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Exposure to financial products such as cash equities, bonds, derivatives, currencies, commodities and FX markets.
• Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle and futures/options trading.
