Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunities
  • Apply reliability tools such as RCM, FMEA, and Weibull analysis to develop maintenance strategies
  • Support root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize asset performance
  • Interpret and apply industry standards (API, ASME, ASTM, RAGAGEP) in reliability assessments
  • Provide input into capital project design to ensure long-term reliability and maintainability
  • Utilize CMMS and asset management systems to track reliability metrics and trends

Work Experience

B.Tech.Mechanical 5-10 Years

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving asset reliability and performance across oil and gas facilities by applying engineering principles, reliability tools, and data analysis. This role supports both operations and capital projects, focusing on fixed and rotating equipment.
