Introduction:This position is for development of Aging models for various RF & CMOS technologies as we create an independent team to own complete Reliability Modeling responsibility for all technologies.
Job Responsibilities- Development of FET/NPN Aging models based on RelXpert tool across RF & Digital technologies.
- Candidate should have an interest in coding and debugging scripts.
- Vendor interaction for the tools and related issues.
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data /models (Diode, Varactor, MOSFET etc.) is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications:- M.S in EE or Physics (Fresher or experienced) with knowledge of semiconductors & coding
- Exposure to RelXpert/Aging models is a plus
- Coding experience especially in Python is a plus
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
- Knowledge of Cadence EDA tools is an added advantage
