Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Experience in consultancy roles or working with clients directly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
7-10 years of relevant project management experience.
