About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Release Manager to lead the endtoend planning, coordination, governance, and execution of software releases across a large, modern SaaS application landscape.
You'll act as the
central point of control for all release activity, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and SaaS vendors to ensure every release is predictable, safe, highquality, and aligned with business priorities.
You will manage dependencies, risks, environments, approvals, and communication to minimise disruption and support DWF's pace of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralized release strategy and roadmap across core SaaS platforms like ShareDo, Elite 3E, Intapp, BigHand, and integrated systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule endtoend release cycles, covering configuration migrations, deployment sequencing, vendor updates, API changes, and data model updates.
- Lead release readiness reviews including risk assessments, regression coverage verification, rollback validation, deployment artifact checks, and stakeholder signoffs.
- Partner with crossfunctional teamsDevOps, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Information Security, Business Automation, Legal Ops, and external vendorsto ensure smooth and coordinated execution.
- Ensure full compliance with ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management processes, including CAB approvals and auditready documentation.
- Track and report release performance metrics such as throughput, change failure rate, deployment success, release stability, and vendor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through governance enhancements, automation adoption, CI/CD practices, reusable deployment pipelines, and standardized release patterns.
- Influence and manage stakeholders to ensure clear communication of release impacts, alignment of priorities, and informed decision-making.
- Support integration of DevOps workflows and CI/CD tooling, streamlining deployment automation and improving release reliability.

- Excellent communication and riskmanagement abilities
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automation pipelines, and cloud/SaaS platforms
- Experience working with multiple SaaS vendors (preferred)
