Role Overview
Senior leader responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide change and release management strategy, ensuring safe, scalable, and efficient delivery of technology change with strong governance and DevOps enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise change & release strategy, governance, and standards
- Lead end-to-end release planning across multiple teams
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps automation, and deployment efficiency
- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team release coordination
- Embed ITIL-aligned change controls and ensure compliance
- Improve release quality, speed, and stability
- Lead and develop the change & release team
Key Skills
- 10+ years in DevOps / Release / Change leadership roles
- Strong SAFe, ART, and enterprise delivery experience
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms
- ITIL and enterprise change governance
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- Strong stakeholder management
