Skills
- Experience of 4+ years in the Banking Domain
- Experience of at least 4+ yrs. as Project/Release Manager.
- ITIL knowledge certified
- Release and Support lifecycle [ Change Management]
- Understanding CDCI Pipeline
- Understanding of Config management tools [Ansible, puppet]
- Release management tool
- remedy service now etc.,
- Infrastructure management [ Infra as ServiceCode]
- Version Control (SVNGIT)
- Cloud Knowledge [ AWS, Azure]
- Scheduling tool: Control M or Similar
- Good understanding of Windows and Unix System.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in time with the release schedule
- Agile and Scrum process. [ Good understanding of Software development
Nice to have
- Any of the Scrum Alliance CSM / CSP certification / PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus
