Job Summary

The Relativity Application Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Relativity software solutions. This role ensures efficient handling of Relativity development, troubleshooting, and technical support, contributing to effective software solutions and organizational growth.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Relativity software solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and develop Relativity solutions.
• Oversee the development of Relativity documentation and user guides.
• Manage and maintain Relativity systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to users and stakeholders.
• Document and maintain accurate records of Relativity development activities.
• Support the full life cycle of Relativity development, including testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve Relativity processes and user experience.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Certifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years in Relativity development.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Communication, Documentation, Information Systems, Problem Solving, Professional Collaboration, Relativity Software, SQL, Technical Knowledge, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Workflow Management.
• Certifications: Relativity certification (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator) preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
