Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts / Current Accounts (CASA)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Loans (Personal, Home, Business)
- Insurance
- Credit Cards
- Investment products (FD, RD, Mutual Funds)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits, cold calling, and lead generation
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable financial solutions
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of banking products
- Good networking and negotiation skills
