Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive vehicle finance business, specifically in the Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV) segments. The role involves leading a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, managing dealer and manufacturer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle financing, excellent customer orientation, and the ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels. The role also includes handling post-disbursement documentation, managing early-stage delinquencies, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations.
