Field Sales | Home Loans / LAP (Loan Against Property)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Officer / Deputy Sales Manager to drive sales in Home Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) through field sourcing, channel management, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loans & LAP through field visits and open market sourcing
• Develop and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSA/channel partners
• Meet potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing
• Ensure proper documentation and end-to-end loan conversion
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads to improve conversion ratio

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales preferred
• Strong field sales and lead generation skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage channel networks
• Result-driven mindset with target orientation

Eligibility

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 1–5+ years experience in banking/NBFC sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong sales interest may be considered for junior roles
