Job Summary:
We're hiring Relationship Officers (MSME & Housing Loan) for our upcoming walk-in recruitment drive across Raipur, Indore, Jalandhar, Aurangabad, Vashi, Nagpur, Pune, Thane & Borivali.
Looking for energetic field sales professionals from NBFCs or Small Finance Banks with open market, DST, connectors, and self-sourcing experience.
Role Details:
Client: Leading Small Finance Bank.
Role: Relationship Officer MSME / Housing Loan
Experience: 14 Years in Field Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 30 Years
CIBIL: Up to 700
Joining: Immediate / Max 1-Month Gap
Candidate Profile:
Experience in MSME / Housing Loan / LAP / Business Loan Sales
Worked through open market, DST, connectors, and self-sourcing
Must be a monthly incentive earner
Not preferred: Branch banking profiles depending on in-house leads
Preferred from NBFCs or SFBs (Axis, Asha, Adhar, Awas, etc.)
