Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio in Visakhapatnam. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments for LAP applications.
- Guide clients through the LAP application process, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, specifically with exposure to lending products, preferably LAP.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and credit assessment principles.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Visakhapatnam market is an advantage.
