Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to join our team in Vijayawada, specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP). This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of LAP clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable LAP solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment of LAP applicants.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, clearly explaining terms and conditions.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of LAP applications, coordinating with internal departments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP products.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAP products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns effectively.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector with exposure to LAP.
- Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
