Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients in the Siddipet region, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new LAP clients through various channels, including market visits, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and financial analysis of loan applicants to assess eligibility and risk.
- Present and explain LAP products and services to potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions in line with company policies and market rates.
- Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the LAP sector.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on LAP.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Loan Against Property.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential.
- Familiarity with the Siddipet market and customer base is highly desirable.
