Urgent Opening Relationship Officer

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join our esteemed Micro Finance Client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for identification of prospective Customers

• Is responsible for communication of the case with Sales Manager

• Is responsible to solve queries and schedule disbursement

• Ensures Collection of bounced cases

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
