Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Construction Finance, and related products.
• Source and manage retail, institutional, and builder clients through direct channels.
• Handle end-to-end loan lifecycle including sourcing, documentation, approval coordination, and disbursement.
• Work closely with Risk and Operations teams to ensure credit quality and minimize NPAs.
• Track market trends, competition, and MIS to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of housing finance products and local market dynamics.
• Effective communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of credit assessment and risk compliance.
• Target-driven, result-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
