Convert branch walk-ins, leads, and existing customers into cross-sell opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and cross-sell targets.
Promote bundled products to increase wallet share.
- Customer Management Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Conduct follow-ups for documentation, applications, and disbursals.
Provide product information, explain eligibility, and resolve basic customer queries.
- Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through branch networks, field visits, tele calling, and referrals.
Coordinate with branch staff and channel partners for business opportunities.
Ensure high conversion of qualified leads.
- Documentation & Compliance Collect KYC and loan documentation as per policy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and NBFC credit norms.
Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
- Market Intelligence Track competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
Share feedback with management to improve business strategies.
