This job is provided by apna.co 1.Sales & Cross-Selling Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable NBFC products.

Convert branch walk-ins, leads, and existing customers into cross-sell opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and cross-sell targets.

Promote bundled products to increase wallet share.

  • Customer Management Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Conduct follow-ups for documentation, applications, and disbursals.

Provide product information, explain eligibility, and resolve basic customer queries.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through branch networks, field visits, tele calling, and referrals.

Coordinate with branch staff and channel partners for business opportunities.

Ensure high conversion of qualified leads.

  • Documentation & Compliance Collect KYC and loan documentation as per policy.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and NBFC credit norms.

Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales activities.

  • Market Intelligence Track competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.

Share feedback with management to improve business strategies.

Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes.

Customer-centric approach and negotiation ability.

Target-driven with good convincing skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
