Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers through open market and branch leads.
• Promote Current Account and Savings Account products to individual and business customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth.
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, fixed deposits, and other retail products.
• Achieve monthly CASA and revenue targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and local market activities.
• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance processes.
  
  

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or direct sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
