Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer for our CASA product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships to drive CASA product sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting CASA products.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and client feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of CASA products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
