Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Direct Channel - Life Insurance) based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients insurance needs, and providing them with the most suitable Bajaj life insurance products. The role involves directly selling life insurance policies to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into policyholders while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Engagement: Proven experience in direct sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation with a customer-first approach.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present products and services to clients.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and address concerns promptly.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Skilled in handling multiple tasks, managing time effectively, and achieving sales targets within deadlines.
  • Flexibility and Learning Agility: Openness to learning and adapting to new tools, trends, and processes in the insurance and sales industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in life insurance are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
