As we continue to grow our Weddings vertical, we are looking for a Relationship Manager who can own the complete client journey, from inquiry to final delivery and feedback.
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager – Weddings, you will be the primary point of contact for wedding clients. You will understand client requirements, recommend suitable Flashoot services, provide quotations, coordinate with creators, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the engagement.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, commercial understanding, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
- Engage with inbound wedding leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, event schedules, budgets, and expectations.
- Recommend suitable Flashoot services.
- Present packages and pricing confidently.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Collect and document all event-related details including dates, venues, schedules, special requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure complete information is captured and maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Creator Assignment & Management
- Identify and assign suitable photographers, videographers, and creators based on project requirements.
- Share detailed briefs and ensure creators are fully aligned with client expectations.
- Monitor creator readiness and event execution.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication before, during, and after events.
- Proactively resolve concerns and manage expectations.
Post-Event Follow-Up
- Collect client feedback after event completion.
- Ensure timely delivery coordination where applicable.
- Drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
Process Ownership
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned clients.
- Maintain CRM and client records accurately.
- Work closely with operations and creator teams to ensure service excellence.

Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Wedding Planning, Event Management, Hospitality, or Customer Success.
